| I'd say no. Same argument as Red Partyhat said. And Nero there were plenty of diffrent capes.
Also when there are no skillcapes people will use the hiscores more often. | |

| Well i think if this vote would be on RS2006 the difference would be greater, but that's my opinion i have seen a lot of people against it there. But it has its pros and cons. | |
