Introduction

This will be just a short guide on woodcutting. Though I don't think that anyone should have problems with it I just show you how to Smile

Obtaining Equipment

When you have finished the almighty tutorial island you should be in lumbridge from there you can go to bob's axes or trade with another player to get yourself a hatchet. This should be not to hard to get if you need money you can try and kill monsters for item drops and sell them to the general store.

Training

Level 1 - 15
When you've gotten yourself a hatchet you can start cutting trees near the lumbridge general store so you can easily sell them. Doing this until level 15 is the fastest.

Suggested spot:

You will need to cut 97 normal/dead/pine trees to reach level 15. This should not take very long to achieve.

Level 15 - 30
Then it's time to start cutting oak trees these can be found east of varrock or in lumbridge just look around for them they are not hard to find. It should get you to 30 woodcutting pretty fast.

You will need to cut 293 Oak Trees to reach level 30.

Level 30 and beyond
Lastly you will be able to cut willows, good spots for this are hard to find. Draynor is near the bank but will be crowded in the beginning. You also can find some isolated trees somewhere to powerchop but this doesn't make you any profit.

Spot near Draynor (usually crowded):

Some statistics
To reach level 45 (for maples) you need to cut 714 Willow trees.
To reach level 60 (for yews) you need to cut 3,858 Willow trees.
To reach level 75 (for magic trees) you need to cut 17,735 Willow trees.
For level 99 you will get 192,905 Willow logs. Which in return can give you 91 Fletching from 35 with Willow Shortbows(u). Or 94 Fletching from 40 with Willow longbows(u)

Thank you for reading, this is also my submission to the 1st GOTM contest.
